James Allen brings a dynamic blend of grit, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit to Pro Co Lab as its Operations Director and co-founder. A lifelong competitor and former college athlete, James graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Cultural Affairs and Public Address. He earned early recognition for leadership, marketing, and involvement in campus organizations, setting records and winning awards along the way.

     James' career began in Southern California real estate before the 2008 crash shifted his focus to foreclosure rehabs and renovations. He went on to earn national awards in the fitness industry sales and management, later launching multiple ventures as a full-time entrepreneur. After the COVID-19 pandemic, James returned to real estate in Arizona, where he quickly established himself as a consistent multi-million-dollar producer, driven by strong referrals and deep local relationships.

     James’ resilience through dealing with early hardships and personal trials, combined with global travel and an innate ability to connect with people, drives his commitment to excellence and to the service of others. With Pro Co Lab, James leads with integrity, builds strategic partnerships, and thrives on helping others succeed.
