Since the original concept for our Network began to take shape, we realized that there were common denominators shared by those who excel in life.     Ryan "Spilly" Spilborghs has lived the dream of playing MLB & in 2007, Ryan was part of the Colorado Rockies' first National League Pennant-winning team and faced the Red Sox in the World Series. Ryan had also contributed to the Rockies in a variety of ways, including the team’s first-ever walk-off grand slam in 2009. During Spilly's broadcast career, he has been fortunate to be honored with multiple Emmy Awards & he is also an on-air personality for MLB Network Radio.

    Ryan is always excited about speaking with professional athletes, artists, and entrepreneurs and finding out what makes them tick. We believe the formula for success is similar for success in all walks of life. Ryan has been collaborating with co-founder Antone Biondo since 2018, and the original concept for Athletes Network Media programming has evolved. We are happy to share it with you!

     Antone was a co-founder in 34 Commerce. The '34' was utilized in branding as a tribute to one of the company’s founders, Herschel Walker. Herschel wore '34' during his collegiate & notable professional football career. Antone served as COO, CEO, & board member before returning his full-time focus to the continued strategic development of Catalyst Business Development, Inc.

     During Antone’s tenure with 34 Commerce, the company accomplished numerous goals. As CEO, Antone helped capitalize the company, executed a long term bi-lateral licensing agreement with Cinsay (an internationally patented video commerce platform), the executive leadership team was recruited and trained, agreements were made to drive international marketing and distribution, and 34 Commerce acquired PressPay from EZ PAYY, Inc. Antone also led presentation initiatives engaging significant Fortune 500 companies.
     

     34 Commerce collaborated with various companies on integrations, channel development, SXSW events, & sponsored a NASCAR team. The acquisition of the EZ Payy, Inc. app, PressPay (a patent-pending system and method for Mobile Electronic Purchasing; United States 480.422.7776 of which Antone was 1 of 3 inventors, was a valuable complement to the company’s tech stack. Catalyst finalized the sale of its ownership stake in EZ Payy, Inc. in May 2015. Antone resigned from 34 Commerce in late 2013 to return his focus to Catalyst & acquired 100% of the shares. In 2016, he finalized the sale of membership units in 34 Solutions, LLC.

     Today, Antone holds equity in a few business ventures and is looking to consult with teams to assist in driving channel sales development and reach larger audiences. With a futurist's eye on business trends, Antone maintains his focus on various industries, including, but not limited to; Ai Automation, SaaS, Software Development, MarTech, AdTech, FinTech, Wellness, Sports, Real Estate, and Logistics. Through building businesses and consulting in these areas, Antone is always seeking to complement the vision of other business founders with a collaborative approach.

     James Allen brings a dynamic blend of grit, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit to Pro Co Lab as its Operations Director and co-founder. A lifelong competitor and former college athlete, James graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Cultural Affairs and Public Address. He earned early recognition for leadership, marketing, and involvement in campus organizations—setting records and winning awards along the way.

     James' career began in Southern California real estate before the 2008 crash shifted his focus to foreclosure rehabs and renovations. He went on to earn national awards in fitness industry sales and management, later launching multiple ventures as a full-time entrepreneur. After COVID, James returned to real estate in Arizona, where he quickly established himself as a consistent multi-million dollar producer, powered by strong referrals and deep local relationships.

     James’ resilience through dealing with early hardships and personal trials combined with global travel and in innate ability to connect with people drives his commitment to excellence and in service of others. With Pro Co Lab, James leads with integrity, builds strategic partnerships, and thrives on helping others succeed.

     John Bela began his career, after graduating from Texas A&M with a B.A. Degree in Psychology, in behavioral health sales in Las Vegas. John transitioned into home healthcare, advising on both B2C & B2B solutions for clinics, hospice agencies, &  medical networks.  By 2020, John had became a licensed Medicare & Life Insurance agent. 

     During the pandemic, John pivoted his focus to delivering digital marketing solutions & launched several eCommerce brands.

In 2024, John joined Fuel Sales, where AI was deeply embedded in the sales & training processes. Through his experience, John began consulting for AI Automation development & Agentic AI system delivery.  John met GM, Antone Biondo through mutual acquaintances in Gilbert, AZ.  In joining the Pro Co Lab team, John's experience in helping companies achieve automation excellence & creating scalable operations is a source of great pride for John.  Pro Co Lab is happy to have John as a contributor to our team & as an asset to assist our customer base. 

     Our team has come to depend on Lynk, our Agentic AI Superhero. The backstory & mythology of Lyncoln Careaway, a true innovative software and business tech legend, is amazing.  Lyncoln Careaway's background has been the subject of much speculation. Is it true that Lyncoln Careaway was one of the originators of Bitcoin?  Did Lincoln Careaway create Fight Club?  Is Lyncoln Careaway related to other flying super heroes?  Who knows?
